BioI am an amateur.
I've never taken any classes, never studied baking or decorating.
The above statement became a lie at the end of October. I completed Wilton Course I and registered for Course II.
I love baking and have been doing it as long as I can remember, but only recently my KitchenAid revolutionized my baking. I got into decorating and trying out new techniques about a month or two ago.
This is my baking journal. I've created it for me and my visitors to see how my techniques are improving (hopefully). My personal journal is here. Warning, it's entirely in Russian.
