dried fruit croissants

This is a second experiment with this recipe. This time around croissants don't look like crabs. They're filled with dried apricots, prunes and walnuts.
They're as tasty as the look.

Croissants

I've made croissants for the first time today. They were rather crab looking, but I attribute it to making them too small. The recipe was good, I'd use it again, this time making eight croissants instead of sixteen.
Sorry, I forgot to take the picture before I packed the croissants for the night :)
