Yesterday I made a turkey pie.

The dough recipe is here
The filling is fried up ground turkey with onions, garlic and hard boiled eggs.

The other day hubby said "I want doughnuts". I searched all the internet, but ended up getting a recipe from my friend's mom.
Although I did everything she said, the doughnuts did not fry through, so I had to bake them. Here's a picture, the recipe is behind cut.
Can anyone share a good fool proof doughtnut recipe?

I made a cabbage pie yesterday for early Thanksgiving dinner that my in-laws had.
It's acutally a series of individual little pie things baked together in a tube pan.
A very Russian thing to do, we call it "happy family".

As promised, I'm posting the stuff I made yesterway with that yeast dough from the tutorial. I guess it's a giant cinnamon raisin bun - my favorite.

As a follow up on all the drama on fresh yeast dough, I've made a picture tutorial I hope you enjoy.
The dough is rising now, I will post pictures of baked goods when they're done.
WARNING: this dough is sweet, I would not suggest making bread with it. The recipe is good for making cinnamon buns, pies and pirogi (Russian style pies)
